This black motorcycle leather vest was custom made in the USA with moccasin cowhide. It has two patch hip pockets with flaps and two more similar pockets on the inside using the same braiding to attach them. These inside pockets do not have flaps.

 I've handmade and hand braided hundreds of these unique braided leather motorcycle vests. It'd be hard to find two just alike. They're custom made - people describe to me what features they want - so most all of them end up being one of a kind. This one has patch pockets with flaps.
