Here is a denim jacket on which I have braided with leather around the edges of the collar, pocket flaps, cuffs, and the waist band. I also did the small button tab on the waist band. The one picture, at the bottom, shows a different denim jacket with long fringes. I've also done this braiding on matching jeans and many other things including hats, vests, and motorcycle accessories galore. I've even braided over cuffs on denim jackets that were already tattered.
